All Inclusive Recovery Support (AIRS)

Have you ever needed a support group with no road blocks or a meeting where all paths to recovery are open? This meeting is inclusive to all paths to recovery.

Alternative Reflections

All pathways matter here at FOCUS. Alternative Reflections looks at an eastern approach on healing. We’re all about the chakras, meditation, crystal healing, and more. Stop in to see if this could be your pathway to healing.

Cook and Carry

Hep prepare a meal, sit down and enjoy together, or bring something to share.

Crochet Corner

Come and learn howto crochet, have coffee, and chat with others.

CRAFT

Learn new techniques and solutions to help move your loved one towards recovery, build a healthier relationship and improve your quality of life. This class will focus on the Community Reinforcement Approach and Family Training (CRAFT) method created by Dr. Robert J. Meyers and outlined in the book “Getting Your Loved One Sober.” The class sessions are facilitated by local community members that were trained by Dr. Meyers.

Get’n Crafty

A simple and fun craft for all, be creative, work with your hands and  to socialize with friends. 

Gratitude Journals

It’s not a secret that gratitude is the key ti a happier life. Join us on Mondays as we reflect on thinigs that we are thankful for and share them with our group.

Group Games

Join us every Thursday at 4:00 PM for a group game. We’ll be playing all sorts of games from classic board games, to fun interactive games, to trivia, to charades. If you’re looking for some healthy and lighthearted competition then stop on into    FOCUS!

Life-Skills

Life can be tough, Life-skills offers guidance, suggestions, and “hacks” for  the tough  stuff you encounter every day.

Mindful Art

Projects with purpose, arts and crafts with  message, lesson, or information to reflect on.

Postcards for Recovery

This class will be a recovery journey. Each time you come in you will write a post card to yourself about where you are in your own recovery journey. At the end you will create a recovery postcard book that you get to decorate and take home with.

Shadow Work Journaling

Have you ever wanted to heal old wounds from the past? Shadow work allows you to look at old wounds and heal from them with this special journaling technique.

WRAP Basics

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a simple and powerful process for creating the life and wellness you want. With WRAP, you can discover simple, safe, and effective tools to create and maintain wellness; develop a daily plan to stay on track with your life and wellness goals; identify what throws you off track and develop a plan to keep moving forward; gain support and stay in control even in a crisis.

We have programming available for adults as well as youth ages 13-18. We welcome families as well. Children are welcome at FOCUS as long as they are under the supervision of a caregiver

RECOVERY GUIDES

This a volunteer program of individuals and family members in recovery who have a passion for helping others on their recovery journey. Recovery Guides receive 12 hours of training and regular support from FOCUS staff.

RECOVERY HOUSING

We have three recovery homes – one for men, one for women, and one for expecting mothers – that are designed to help those seeking recovery from a substance use disorder rebuild their life and rejoin the community. Our homes are peer-accredited through Ohio Recovery Housing.

THE LOFT

A place for youth to be themselves and connect with other young people from diverse backgrounds and similar life experiences.
