Favorite Quote: “Don’t let this darkness fool you. All lights turned off can be turned on.” Noah Kahan
Favorite Thing Recovery Has Given Me: For me it’s learning that I am not broken or defective. The mental health journey is all about best managing my symptoms and my best looks different each day. It’s about feeling my feelings as they arise and not avoiding them or trying to change them. In a sense, I guess, recovery has given me balance and a more mindful perspective towards life.
