We provide recovery-oriented programming. Centered around our four pillars: home, health, community, and purpose.
Health
To help you improve your health and wellness – mentally, physically, and spiritually.
Home
To help you establish a home – both the feeling of belonging and the physical space in which you live.
Community
To help you find and feel a part of a community.
Purpose
To help you find and engage in your purpose.
Evidence-based programs
These programs are effective in bettering your wellness
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
The WRAP process supports you. Identify the tools that keep you well and create plans to put them into practice in your everyday life. This will help you incorporate recovery concepts and wellness tools into your life.
Grief Recovery Method (GRM)
Your feelings are normal and natural. The problem is that we are being socialized to believe they are not. People say you have to let go and move on in your life, but don’t tell you how. This evidence-based program makes that possible. And provides partnerships and guidance to ensure that it happens. This group requires that you attend every session to make the most of the program.
Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT)
This training is for family members and friends of those who live with substance use. Based on Community Reinforcement and Family Training. the CRAFT model is an effective, evidence-based, motivational program. It impacts families in many areas of their lives.
Anger Management
Anger Management is a commitment to improving your reactions to anger. Learn to manage feelings of anger and receive and give support. Based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy help yourself develop skills for self control.
Programs for Everyone

Cook & Carry
Join us at The Recovery Center every Tuesday at noon for a community meal or “cook & carry”. Our staff work hard to provide a good meal that you can enjoy with peers or take home with you.
Mindful Art
Turn off that “autopilot” mode from an under stimulating day. Learn to express yourself through art. Mindful art encourages creation while being in tune with both your body and emotions.
